The reason I love a night out in New York City are the amazing nightlife scenes. There are so many bars and clubs where you can find everything you want in one metropolitan area. But it’s also hard to know where to go in just one visit. Especially in New York it’s hard to find the must go places without losing too much time finding them. I will give you my top 10 nightlife advices, where you can raise your glass with friends and give your trip the extra touch for taking it to another level.. CHEERS and enjoy while rocking out on the dance floor.

#1 Rose Bar
Thinking about this bar makes me feel like going dancing. Rose bar is the place to be for old school glamour and a memorable night. The décor is amazing with the open fireplace and custom designed furniture. It’s like a private living room where you get into. This bar has great energy with a great mix of crowd, therefore Rose bar is an instant hit for locals, celebrities etc. The cocktails are surprising. One of my favorites is the Diamonds and Pearls! You have to keep in mind that there is a strict entrance policy at this bar. If you do manage to get in, great night guaranteed.

#2 Bowery Hotel – BABËL party
What can I say about this place? It’s just amazing! They have created a stylish and elegant place where you just want to be. The ambiance is so classy and mysterious because of the design and interior. This place is a hotel where they organize the party BABËL on Sunday. BABËL New York is a creative community comprised of individuals from diverse cultures and tribes who gather around music, arts and the pursuit of magic. If you get hungry, don’t hesitate to get taco’s to die for on the amazing terrace while taking fresh air 😉 If you believe in magic, or you are just curious, check out this place!

#3 Provocateur
Provocateur is one of the most exclusive clubs and lounges in the city. This place attracts sophisticated crowd in the New York club scene. It’s an amazing place where you are guaranteed of an amazing night out. Provo is split into two different areas, the lounge café and the club area. The lounge futures a garden full of birch trees and the club is a sexy place crowded by the most beautiful people. The club hosts big international DJ’s, playing amazing house music! I love going to provocateur and especially with my New York friends. Just remember, it’s hard to enter, but you can give it a try with your confidant attitude and a blown away dress 😉

#4 Lavo
Another playground not to miss in the New York nightlife scene! The intimate and energetic dance floor is the place to be! Lavo delivers glamour, lights, beautiful crowd, service, sex appeal of a Vegas party, with a touch of New York chic and the best music ever! The best DJ’s all over the world have played in this club. Everything you can imagine can be real. It’s a must go!

#5  Avenue New York
I love this place! The vibe is glamorous, exclusive and elegant. The club is small, which gives you THAT exclusive feeling. The club is very nice decorated with a dance floor downstairs and a DJ booth upstairs. I love the variety of the music, depending on which day you go. For example on Tuesdays it’s the perfect spot for house music fans. I love to go on Monday because its just one of the best party’s you can go to.

#6 Apotheke – Chinatown
I discovered this place a few years ago. You would never expect that there is a super cool bar located behind the black door in the middle of Chinatown. But this is really a cool spot, which is not easy to find. In Europe I’ve been to similar places like this but I think this place is the best. Once you get inside the bar, get ready for drinks to die for! It’s a very chill and relaxing place with a great atmosphere. It’s so funny because drinks are divided into categories like ‘Health and beauty’, ‘Stress Relievers,’ ‘Painkiller’ and ‘Aphrodisiac,’ etc. Good to know; all cocktails are prepared with local and organic products from local greenmarkets or picked straight from their rooftop herb garden. The bartender’s look like apothecary and make them like they are experimenting with medications. I would go back now… just for the cocktails 😉

#7 Le Bain at the Standard Hotel
Le Bain is an exclusive lounge and rooftop bar at the Standard Hotel. The view at this bar is breath taking! It’s a perfect idea to start your evening at this rooftop bar. I think it’s so funny that during summer there is a large Jacuzzi where your night can turn up differently then you expected haha. Can you imagine a Jacuzzi and bubbling water under a big disco ball? Yes, it’s all possible in New York City!

#8 Space Ibiza New York
Are you ready for a little bit Ibiza in the city? The sensuality of the Spanish island with the urban roots of New York makes the perfect and most exciting combination! The club has several different rooms, each with a different vibe and off course a huge DJ booth for many top performances.

#9 Employees only
Ready for cocktails, white suited bartenders and a great time? This bar is a hidden place in New York City. You will recognize the place by a red neon sign advertising a psychic and the live tarot card reader. It’s worth visiting because of the atmosphere and the great cocktails they serve. But the menu is also something not to be missed. In the weekend this place can be very packed but I love to be surrounded by happy people who are ready for a great evening.
